Vero is a customer relationship management tool, focusing on workflows to send e-mails. Beat uses it as an event destination, and you can use these events to provide custom e-mail communication flows toward the end user.
The Vero account should be owned and managed by the customer.
The Vero integration is required unless your are using our OpenID Connect integration to authorize users. When adding a Beat-native user, we need to send a verification code to the user (through the credential.verification_requested event), which Vero needs to be configured to handle.
